No Air!

Help! We are headed home today from Branson in the heat. I turned the gen on while still plugged in to 50 amp shore power and then unplugged. We haven't been able to get the air back on. Keep getting E7 on the display. Tried several times. Tried resetting the panel (holding down mode and zone until Init). Air worked fine all week. Kids are crying over the heat! Can't cool the whole coach from the dash. Any other ideas how to get it running again??!

Your may have blown a fuse in your transfer switch. I would try shutting down the Gen set for a few minutes and then restarting the gen set, it may reset the transfer switch.

Thanks. I left it off while we drove an hour then tried again. Same thing. Is there another way to reset this fuse?

Your error code on the thermostat means that the AC or not receiving 120v. The transfer switch is automatic and the gen set should have taken priority over the shore power. But by switching under heavy load you may have done something to your transfer switch.

Did you check the two breakers on the gen set itself?

Question, were you running all 3 A/C's when you had the gen running and unplugged shore power?
My sales guy told me it would blow the gen breaker and I thought he was kidding.

We only have 2 (on the 2012), but yes, they were both running!
