It's what came with Charleston. I suspect speakers can't handle the radio's output

If they are the 3.5's that come with the berkshire, that may be the problem. If it is the factory radio, then there may be another issue since I would think that the radio was matched with speaker capabilities. Either way, 3.5 inch speakers in a coach of that price is a sad situation. I changed out speakers, added two speakers, two amps and a sub to mine. Sounds pretty good now.

I would say they are 3 by 5's. Coarse I don't believe I have any literature describing the speakers. So I'll have to agree
Thank you

No problem. If they are 3x5's, then they are larger than the one's in the Berk, giving them a larger cone area and theoretically better sound (at least potentially louder) Anyway, call the factory Randy or Mitch. They should be able to help.

Nope, your not alone. But I don't regularly listen to the radio, just sometimes, so I forget it's a problem until the next time I listen..
Advantage to getting old....
I'll be moving in to the RV full time for 4-6 months, until house and RV garage get finished. Should be interesting!
