Hey all,
i recently purchased 05 FR but ofcourse there was no information along with itas far as a maintainence schedule so being pretty machanically inclined i was wanting to do my own service.i am one of those guys who really like to know every square inch on there rig and all the systems.i was wanting to know if anyone out there knew all the info i need like filters sizes for all systems, checks, lube points, etc.for a cat diesel pusher and cat generator. Also,if anyone has a spreadsheet for maintainence checklist that would be great as well.any help would be great, thank you

I don't have a DP but worked with Cat engines for years. Maybe this reply is late but can tell you from experience that Cat has some of the best support of any Mfg. parts, service and info is widely available. I once hired Cat service in Alexandria, Eygpt. A truck showed up on the dock, it was a 16 cylinder 1000 Kw genset D-349. Thhe truck looked like one in Anytown USA. Point is they will support any product worldwide.
