I have never seen a camper with a trap less drain, but of course that does not mean that yours does not have one. Most campers have a vent less arrangement for some of their drains and if the venting device goes bad it will cause a stink. The venting device is attached to the drain plumbing as high as they can place it, so look for a normally black device attached to the drain plumbing. You should be able to unscrew it to remove. It is basically a check valve. Found that they are called an air admittance valve.
