Angel Fire NM

The high today is supposed to be 98 degrees here today and we are about to enter into the hottest part of the year (100+ days here in DFW).

We are thinking of heading to the mountains of New Mexico and had heard of a new resort in Angel Fire, can anyone give us a heads up on the Angel Fire RV Resort and the AF area.

We've never been to Angel Fire but from looking at the weather it is much cooler than Ruidoso where we normally go so we thought we might check it out.

We'd be coming in from Fort Worth so we would go up to Amarillo from here and then there are several options going north and west in some combination. Which are good and/or which should we avoid?

Angel Fire Luxury RV Resort - New Mexico on Enchanted Circle

Thanks

Sorry Can't help with the RV park. It does look nice and Angle Fire is a nice place.
I also like Eagles Nest which is not far from there. Hope you get cool weather.
The summer in Dallas can be tough.

Just passed by there about a week ago looked very nice, probably the nicest in the area but not the cheapest. We were in Taos and it was HOT there also, Red River looked to be the coolest temps in the area.
