Branson, Mo

Well, we're making plans for Branson, Mo during New Years 2014.

What RV parks are recommended that are relatively close to downtown Branson?
Does anyone know if there are events planned specifically for that time of year around Branson?

So far we have two RVs traveling together; two couples with 9 year old boys. There may be a couple of other campers that will join us as we begin planning the trip.

Thanks for your input.

I have never been to this campground, however, plan to stay there the next time we go. America's Best Campground. It can be googled with great reviews.

Silver Dollar city has a great Christmas lighting. I think it may still be open during your stay.

With you being from the south, I recommend you have good heaters during that time frame.

Agree, it can get unmercifully cold. Bring a lot of warm clothing.

We stayed at Musicland Campground July of 2012. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Right behind the Titanic museum. Would stay there again.

I live in Branson. Abc campground is 10 miles from down down. Sits out by itself

Lakeside campground is downtown at Branson landing. Close to everything...
