Would like input from RV'ers who have wintered in Brownsville, please. Where to stay? Weather? Boat ramps and fishing? Piers to fish from?

Be aware that there is a caution in the area due to a Zika Virus "issue". 4 or 5 cases of locally contracted Zika were reported there. Just a heads up.

I have all ideas if OP in wintering in Texas, his child making days are done. No one in Florida cares about Zika since they cancelled all warnings here. Head onto Texas and enjoy.
