Does anyone know anything about this park? Planning a trip there mid-May.

Camped there many times pre Katrina. Took severe damage and has opened recently. Can only expect it to be better. Choice of beaches and entertainment readily available as well as peace and solitude.
We stayed there in Feb 2012 and they had the campground rebuilt and was working on the swimming pool and slide. We stayed there 2 weeks and enjoyed it and made a few trips into New Orleans about 50 miles away. Would recommed it.
