Campground Reviews & Ratings

Would there be any interest in a thread of this tipe Photos, ratings and info. on campgrounds and Rv Parks you have visited?
I will start with one from the TX Hill Country River Oaks RV Ranch On RR 165 phone #1- 830-833-2322 about 7 miles fm Blanco, TX. FHUs level sites $30 per night $15 if you are Passport America member. Nice campground the Lady Camphost is very helpful in giving info on the area. They have a catch & release catfish pond that they just opened it to catch & keep. We fished the pond the last day we were there in about 30 min we caught 3 cats in the 3 to 31/2# range all I wanted to clean about 4 meals for the 2 of us. On a 1to 5 rating I will give this one a 31/2. don't know how long fishing will last before they go back to catch &I release. They want to get rid of most of the big ones. A good place to stay while you tour the sites & wild flowers in the area

I'm not for this. There are many sites already dedicated to campground reviews, that are for that purpose. Here is the one I like best, and there are others I'm sure:

RV Park Reviews :: Home

Of course as you have done, and a few others, you have posted a review and pics, which is allowed, but I hope we don't create a new category.

Others on here may speak differently, but that is my opinion. This site is hard to manage as is, and campground reviews would only make it more work. By the way, we aren't paid, just love to help, and since it is a Forrest River Forum, I think we should stick mostly with that, Forrest River products.

Yes i know that this is a Forest River site but in this section most of the post are asking can anyone reccomeend a campground in ?? or suggestions for a route from ?? to ?? just thought a thread with photos and info on campgrounds in one place might help some one traveling to a new area. After all Forest River makes RVs that need a place to park or camp

Actually forest river has nothing to do with this site!
It's privately owned.
I like yOur idea I would suggest doing it by state but it might be tough.

I'll put this out there.
If this forum did a state by state or providence I'd be up for moderating it.
That way individuals would be able to help others going to different states or providences .
Man that would be a big a&& forum.

Yes I know that Forest River doesn't have anything to do with this site. I don't know who owns it but its for Forest River owners.
Doing it by state would be great but as you said tough. Just thought that it might work into a good info. thread

Though there are dozens of sites and applications regarding RV campgrounds available,
I primarily use rvparkreviews.com as they seem to have the largest selection and greatest numbers of feedback. I've tried other sites, but always return to them.
