First trip in our new crusader

Just got back in our first camping trip in our new Crusader 351REQ at Bogue Chitto State Park in Louisiana. After trying to back this big rig at night with no outside light we really enjoyed the park and our camper. Only one issue with the camper that was in the bathroom slide a corner molding was to long and cut the floor when sliding back in. How we can get that covered under warranty. It was a great weekend and great park.

First step: call your dealer

Take pictures to document the damage...take close up pics of the molding that is too long and caused the damage.

Give me 40 acres and I'll turn this rig around:
Flagstaff 5er 2014 8528 IKWS, Platinum Package, Regency Interior "Buffy"
F250 Super Duty 2013 Tuxedo Black "Biff"
