About the snakes, they're in the dunes going after whatever they can get. A rattlesnake was killed at the entrance to the boardwalk heading to the beach when we were there one time.

It will be between 50 to 65 a night dependant on the spot you get. Don't know of a minimum stay, but I have booked just 3 nights for this June. I know 50 to 65 a night is on the high end, but this place is all around excellent. Enjoy, see you on the road.

So, it was $54.50 per night plus electricity. I don't believe there is a minimum as we saw people spend only 1 night.
