NOLA is the abbreviation for New Orleans, Louisiana.

I can give you some restaurant recommendations in NOLA, and highly recommend the WWII Museum (you have to see the 4D movie while there).

I also like visiting The Cabildo, near Jackson Square (It's where the LA Purchase was signed).

Bourbon Street is always interesting, but not necessarily for the kiddies.

If you can get in, as they pack out at lunch and dinner....Port of Call has one of the best burgers you'll ever eat.

Stone Mountain Park is a great spot to park the camper in Atlanta (east side) to checkout for a day or so

I understand Atl for Atlanta and NO, La for New Orleans, LA, but that's not what your original post stated.

New Orleans Restaurants - Port of Call - French Quarter Restaurant and Bar - Famous Hamburgers - Home
You could stay in NOLA for a month and not hit all the good restaurants!

Never been to Port of Call, but it looks like another place to put on the must try list. Don't know if I could order a burger though - can never seem to order anything but muffalatta.

And make sure to stop at Cafe DuMonde.

How long will you be here?
Staying where?
Expect you will have toad/dingy
What are your interests?
Historic, art, education, fun n frolic?
We have all the above and more.
Ironically, I will be visiting family in northern Jersey or would be glad to show you around.
See the plantations, esp Laura Many tours of French Quarter. Park service gives free one. Check at kiosk by Cafe du Monde.
Natchez riverboat, Mardi Gras World, Chalmette battleground (Battle of New Orleans) not enough hours or days to see it all
MUST. WWII MUSEUM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enjoy my city
