Looks like the wife wants to go to the Geneseo Campgrounds. I guess its right next to the Hennepin canal.
Its not a necessity for my truck as it handles the travel trailer just fine. But did anyone ever add leaf springs or air suspension to reduce some of the stress on the rear axle or added control as you drive?

We will be staying in Oxford, IA from June 14th through July 6th. Only place that will take that long of a stay. Could not find anything closer to Iowa City.

MartyQ, thanks for the info, but need to be close to Iowa City area during that time frame. You are correct about the area being nice to see and visit, have done many times.

What are your favorite RV Resorts in Iowa? We're in the QCA, and Google can only tell me so much. I'm looking for any and all suggestions! I've heard great things about Amana, and I keep looking at the Rustic Barn in Galena... thoughts?

My Wife changed her mind....we are going to the Riverview Ridge Campground in Cascade, IA...anyone ever been there before?

I was supposed to a few years back but something came up.
Friends of ours did go.
Appears there is no quiet time and nudity wasn't unheard of.
It's quite possible that's different now.
