I bought a little smoker from Wal-mart to use while camping. It does okay but it doesn't hold as high a temperature as I would like. I really loaded the charcoal this time, second time using it, and still only got to 225 for a little while and then it settles in at about 175. This is fine since I am camping and don't mind it but I do wish it would get to 250 and stay there. I've been smoking pork loin so far along with vegetables and polish sausage.

Won first place ribs and first over all with my ribs and pork loin yesterday!
Rubbed the ribs and put them on the smoker at 10 am and the pork loin at 2pm
Was bored the rest of the day till judging @ 5pm
