I've only made one reservation and that was for Palo. My camper is still at the dealer for repair. It's been there since October and I don't dare make any more reservations until I know it will be fixed in time. Hopefully the one reservation I have doesn't get wasted.

"Iowa" who's camping where?
Some people been camping out at the rest stops, Pilots and Flying Js this week. Just saying! (Son got stranded in Waterloo; his friend from IA got stranded in MN and still can’t get to Des Moines due to I-35 closing.)

Now 29 is closed due to flooding. It might be a while too! I sure hope I get to camp this year. It’s not looking good so far!

We're heading down to our cabin in Missouri tomorrow morning.
Can't go west on 80 thru Nebraska. Closed due to blizzard conditions.

Is this one to far south? Not sure if he has openings. Welcome to Emerald Oaks RV Park at Mark Twian Lake in Monroe City, Missouri

If this is the correct one I believe the owner is from Cedar Rapids. Guy works here in the same plant. I recall him telling me about a place he bought for retirement.

Ledges State Park, April 2019
Ledges State Park, south of Boone, IA. The lower part of the park is still flooded, but the rebuilt campground is great!

Yep. According to the thread title, anything not in Iowa would count!

Backbone S.P. was wonderful on Memorial Day weekend, particularly on my one-day extension after the crowds cleared out.
I like to take a week-long trip from Upper Michigan to go there and a nearby state park in MN.
