KOA Extended Stay Did not pass RV Inspection

So I checked out local KOA to reserve for a extended stay. We are selling house and I will be overseas at work upon closing, so we thought setup TT before I leave so the wife, kid and dogs could stay for two weeks until I get back. Her idea I must add.

So upon rv inspection my trailer did not pass for extended stay at KOA for I have no slide outs. Yes no slide outs. Trailer is new and no damage or anything. Thought this was crazy. Anyone know why this would be?

You didn't ask the KOA?

I stay at a place in the Keys.. Which has a few odd requirements.. No TT, no units shorter than 27ft , no units older than 6yrs, no damaged units.... And the catch all that they can refuse anyone that they feel doesn't meet there standards...

The guy at KOA told me this when he checked my TT, said it was corporate rule. My guess to not allow FEMA trailers.
