First off, sorry for your loss and prayers from me and mine to you and yours.
We have stayed at the KOA up by the Grand Ole Opry.Pretty nice place place, but there is another CG about 4 blocks from the KOA that looked nicer.
The KOA had large pull throughs and was just fine.

Thanks for the kind words.

Looks like the KOA you mentioned will be the one were going to book - first long trip with camper so a little nervous about that.

Not sure what part of Nashville you want/need to be in, but since your coming in from the north on I-65s there are three campgrounds just two miles from this route. Take exit 90b off I-65 which loops completely around and over toward the east onto Hwy 155 Briley Parkway (toward the airport). Just two miles on your right you will pass three campgrounds and two RV sales & service facilities and Camping World. Exit #12 then make two right turns to either 1) Yogi Bear Jellystone RV park, 2) Two Rivers Campground, 3) Nashville KOA. Plenty of restaurants plus the entrance to the Opryland Hotel complex is right there.

Sorry for your loss, hope this helps.

I've stayed at the KOA in Lebanon once. Not a bad place but a lot of residents there. No cable, etc. Haven't stayed there since. We do stay twice a year at the KOA on Music City Parkway and it's always really nice. In fact, going through there for one night next Saturday, then back in mid-April for 8 nights. Have stayed about 70+ nights there over the last few years. Clean, quiet, nice folks. If you're there for a while, pay the extra and get the premium site with the picnic table, chairs, etc. Those sites are also paved, others are gravel. Good location, mile or so from Opry Mills shopping, plenty of restaurants, etc. There's also a Camping World a block away in case you need something. Highly recommended.

Me & DW will be there as well from April 13 - 18. Seemslike a good place from the reviews. Driving down in the Sunseeker 2860DS. Maybe we'll catch you there.

Koa Nashville

Blue woo, please accept my deepest sympathy on you brother's passing.
We stayed at the KOA Nashville North last fall. The owners are real nice but the park is right on 65 with a lot of truck noise. Also it is right maneuvering if you have a large rig.
Stay safe.

Thanks everybody for the kind words. I made the trip safe and sound and this was the first long trip with the camper. 15.5 hrs there and 12.5 back drove straight both ways.
Pilot gas stations were all busy trying to get in for fuel But the Loves were much cleaner so I used those on the way home. Tundra cpu shows 9.4 ave mpg(premium fuel no TOW/HAUL mode) and I just cruised @ 60 mph. Tundra did great with 3 adults and two black labs and all the stuff we bring - now I have to re winterize the camper LMAO.
Nashville KOA was repaving the Entrance so you have to come in from the camp ground road - little head ache but will probley be done this week.

Thanks everybody
