We live in Rapid City and plan to go to northern Idaho for the rally. There are no places to camp from Custer north to Sturgis. It is a great experience to see so many bikes, but 50 years of it is enough.

Husband and six friends went to the Rally trailered all bikes behind Motorhome and a truck. Their campsite was in a pasture beside a campground across from the Full Throttle. No hook ups. $750. for 5 nights! He said anywhere there was a patch of grass was a tent or camper! It was the 75th anniversary of the rally and well over a million bikes! Crazy place to be but he and his buddies had a blast!
