Glad you made it to Louisiana okay. It definitely has been windy the past couple of days and unfortunately they're forecasting more high winds for tomorrow although out of a different direction.

Lost a hubcap on I-10 in Louisiana headed toward Texas. Road is horrible. Was wondering what shape everything was in the 5er. It survived better than we did LOL

Glad you made it safely through the beautiful state of Louisiana. Sorry for the rough roads. Virtually all La residents would agree with you. The major north south roads are in good shape. But both I-10 and I-20 are horrible. But thats not isolated to Louisiana. We drove to a small town east of Dallas a while back. I-49 to Shreveport is a smooth hwy, but as soon as we hit I-20, it was horrible.

I believe most of the damage is caused by the heavy truck traffic, which has always been worse for E-W hwys vs N-S roads.

But no matter, the bad hwys are definitely hard on campers.
