Hope to get there by noon, and Pa Dutch from there is hardly a 30 minute drive.

Ok maybe less then a hour but that would be if you caught every red light. Not sure which way you plan to go but I just came from Pa Dutch past Circle M to go home and it's not real far.

Ok not a fan or Circle M as there were no full hookup sites and we had to go down by the stream into a mud pit truck and trailer sank in the mud.

PA Dutch country was so bad with leveling and sites not working I might have to say not returning there either

So far I have been to these 3 sites in the North East Zone and I can say very disappointed

Chestnut Lake in NJ
Circle M in PA
PA Dutch Country in PA

Finally received an email from TT

I did finally receive an email from Terry Munoz, Regional Manager, Equity Lifestyle Properties. Apparently he is a new Regional Manager for this area and says that the site manager at Texoma has been replaced and moral is low with the remaining employees. I suggested he start with intensive customer service training first, and then proceed to the much needed site improvements, which he said they were going to do. I guess this promise remains to be seen, but he did offer me a free stay if I would return; not happening, I am not camping there again. But he did offer. I had sent 4 previous emails to them detailing the issues starting at the gate down to the permanent residents having junk piled around their sites, before finally getting to Terry. Wanted to post that they did reply on September 22nd, finally.

All the managers I have contacted have responded with the same propaganda you got and they are just blowing smoke as nothing changes except things get worse.

I believe their parent company is just going to milk whatever money they can get without making a very large capital investment. From what I have read in this post the conditions are pretty much the same across the country with a few exceptions. They could have budgeted the expenses and kept the properties up and would not now need a HUGE fund to bring this back to life. They will probably let them run all the way down and then sell it to someone else after milking it for all they can get. Wouldn't buy a membership on a bet; probably wouldn't take one for free at this point. I go camping to have fun, not to be aggravated, I can get that at work for free also.

We stayed at a TT site near Yosemite (Yosemite lakes) after buying the West Coast membership. The site wasn't well maintained at all. The bathrooms next to us was run down mobile trailer type that needed replacing. I did see another bathroom area that was permanent but didn't look at it. The pool was nice and well maintained. The RV spot we had wasn't level and we had an issue with a clogged sewer drain. The miniature golf looked like an earthquake had gone threw it. 4yr old didn't care but it was very mangled and barely playable. Wifi was horrible even near the office. Didn't even try cable. i stream movies from my tablet to our Roku/TV setup.

I probably wont renew next year unless we find better parks. Going to try a few more parks then decide.

So far all the TT I have been to had Miniature Golf Courses that are left out in the weather and no one ever decides to clean them, another problem is these site do not want to be dictated to as how much they can charge. All TT sites can care less about TT members when they focus on paying members, I have decided not to renew at any cost in July because the fact I can not get a full service site and being told it is first come first serve basis is not an answer I take likely. I would rather pay for a campground and be able to get a working site and pick the site I want then just get jerked around by TT management I get enough of that elsewhere. I understand they want paying customers first but so far I have not had a full service site that fully worked or was available and all I get is sorry.... First time RV'er but TT not worth it for my camping needs

Again, we must either be lucky or I must be pretty easy to please.... We've never had an issue or any real complaint about anything for the most part.

We have never really had a hard time getting a full hook up site in any park we have been to, maybe not a great one or one that is level, but full hook up. Yes the parks are old and in dire need of upgrades and I do not see them wanting to spend the moner, if we did not already have a membership I do not think we would purchase one now.

Had Northeast last year and will not be renewing. The year was free from the dealership that we bought our fifth wheel from. None of the sites we contacted could guarantee a FH with 50 amps. All they could say was that we would get a site with water and sewage 30 or if available 50 amp site. Not impressed with any of the reviews we read on the sites we were interested in.
