Hope to get there by noon, and Pa Dutch from there is hardly a 30 minute drive.

Ok maybe less then a hour but that would be if you caught every red light. Not sure which way you plan to go but I just came from Pa Dutch past Circle M to go home and it's not real far.

Ok not a fan or Circle M as there were no full hookup sites and we had to go down by the stream into a mud pit truck and trailer sank in the mud.

PA Dutch country was so bad with leveling and sites not working I might have to say not returning there either

So far I have been to these 3 sites in the North East Zone and I can say very disappointed

Chestnut Lake in NJ
Circle M in PA
PA Dutch Country in PA

Finally received an email from TT

I did finally receive an email from Terry Munoz, Regional Manager, Equity Lifestyle Properties. Apparently he is a new Regional Manager for this area and says that the site manager at Texoma has been replaced and moral is low with the remaining employees. I suggested he start with intensive customer service training first, and then proceed to the much needed site improvements, which he said they were going to do. I guess this promise remains to be seen, but he did offer me a free stay if I would return; not happening, I am not camping there again. But he did offer. I had sent 4 previous emails to them detailing the issues starting at the gate down to the permanent residents having junk piled around their sites, before finally getting to Terry. Wanted to post that they did reply on September 22nd, finally.

All the managers I have contacted have responded with the same propaganda you got and they are just blowing smoke as nothing changes except things get worse.
