What are your 4th of July plans?
We are heading to Spring Green wisconsin to wisconsin riverside resort. Never been to this campground but understand this stretch of the wisconsin river is a good area to float. The resort runs you up the river, drops you and the coolers off and float back to the resort.
What's everyone else doing?

Depending on if I have to work or not. If I can get a day or 2 off, maybe some beach camping.

I usually do the jewelry and candy thing - but since she is decorating our new patio with various pots and plants, I went to a lawn and garden store to see what they had. I realized that her tastes and mine are different, so I didn't buy anything there.
I'll go to our mall next week and get some things.

Will be at Michigamme Shores CG in the U.P. Then down to Traverse City Mi. With a stop at Mackinaw Mill Creek CG on the way to U.P. Then after T.C. we go to Chain O Lakes State Park in Indiana. Then back home to western N.Y.

Parking the Roo in my parents back yard for the long weekend. We have 5 or 6 other couples set up tents, and quite a few others stop by. I also take up a collection for a little nighttime entertainment...

Going boating on the 4th and 5th. Watch (by water) the spectacular fireworks show put on by Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island. Then camping at Hunting Island SP on the 6th and 7th.

We will be going for the long weekend to Wood's Tall Timber Lake Resort in New Philadelphia, OH.
First time there for us but friends say it is nice but hilly.
