Kenny - It's really tough to give you an answer a year in advance, but in a typical winter (and this has been anything but a typical winter), we don't get very much snow in the Cincinnati area until around Christmas time. If we do get snow earlier it won't last very long. We left Cincinnati early last February heading to Florida and didn't have any snow or ice to deal with, although we left a day early due to a blizzard (by midwest US standards!) coming in. We stayed at Chattanooga on our first night out and encountered some freezing rain around there.

I have found Very FEW C/G that allow Washing your RV's let alone Pressure Washing, most C/G in Fla.are Packed way to close to allow Pressure Washers to be used and Not make your Neighbors revolt! I have seen and know that SOME C/G allow (Wash & Wax) Companies that have their own Water supply to Clean in a C/G but they are VERY careful to NOT upset the Neighbors! Youroo!!

Our park allows you to wash your car once a week. Several owners have outside vender wash their RV's. Many of us just wash our RV every now and then. Never seem to be abused or an issue.

I've stayed in many parks that absolutely refuse to allow any car or RV washing.

Two years ago in Illinois we had snow on the ground from Thanksgiving into March. I think we got over 40" of snow that year (not exactly Alaska, but quite a bit for here). They get even more near the Great Lakes (I'm 75 mi from them) - think Buffalo, NY.

So you just never know.
