Great shots Golflover, really liked the "Grim Reaper". Was it foggy or rainy?
We were out weekend before last to Great Basin NP. Lehman Caves was very unique. Also took a night hike with the grandson. The trailhead started at 10,000 ft. We hiked about 1.75 mi with another 1,000 ft vertical to a grove of Bristlecone Pines for some night shots. The tree in the photo is dated at 3,200 years old. We were nearly at the saddle below Wheeler Peak when we took the "moonscape" photo. Back to the TT by 1:00a.m.
This weekend is a family get together in Southern Utah.
Thanks for the heads up to the photos and Happy Trails!

Love to see how unique some shots can be. Not the usual vacation photo for sure. You want to be careful, someone might accuse you of trying to be creative

Tom Johnson Camping Center's Annual Customer Appreciation BBQ in Marion, NC. I'll be pulling my TT about 2/10 of a mile from the service department to the campground...and then back to service department where it's been since middle of June.

Leaving from Greensboro NC Sept 14 for Harrisburg, PA for a grandniece's wedding, then to Spearfish SD to visit best friends who moved there a few months back. A leisurely drive back to Greensboro to arrived somewhere mid-October. We understand Spearfish Canyon is gorgeous; and of course lots of other stuff to see in that area.

September 5-8. But the official check-in starts on the 3rd. It's a popular event and the campground fills up quickly.

Any fall campers out there? I am headed out over the holiday weekend. Not sure where yet, thinking about a Virginia State Park but open to suggestions.
