Never camped near Green Bay but here's a couple links that might help you.

Private campgrounds:Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners | Wisconsin Campgrounds - Wisconsin Campgrounds

State Campgrounds:Find Campgrounds by Map, Browse - ReserveAmerica

We've stayed at both High Cliff and Point Beach State Parks. Both are great parks but a bit of a drive from Green Bay. They fill up fast so if you're interested I'd recommend booking early, 6 months in advance.

We have camped many times in Wisconsin, but not in the Green Bay area. My only complaint with camping in Wisconsin it is very very difficult to find camp grounds that offer full hook-ups/sewer connections. Even many of the campgrounds further north around Green Bay only offer 30 amp service. So do your research carefully and check out RV Park Reviews and do a google search on what ever campground you do find. To see if this fits your needs.

When you are done make sure that you travel to Door County WI on your way home. There are a couple of camp grounds that do offer full-hook up sites around Egg Harbor WI.
