That Belvidere KOA is at mp170 a little east of Belvidere proper. There is an 1880's Town tourist trap that is really worth the time. Some negative reviews but I thought it was ok. Good place for gas and big parking areas.
Did a drive by on the KOA and it looked pretty nice.

I camp down on a fellers ranch a little south of there and shoot prairie dogs in June most years.
