1 Week Winterization

I live in GA and we are heading up to PA for a week or so in November. While we are in PA we will not be staying in the RV full time. Since we are not staying in the RV full time and the temps up there that time of year can get below freezing what suggestions can you give me as far as keeping the tanks and lines from freezing?

We will be camping in ours this weekend, and Friday evening the low is supposed to be 27. I'll run the furnace / tank heaters and also leave the vanity door open in the bath (where the pump and outside connections are).

We won't have city water at this location, but even if we did I would disconnect it and use the fresh water tank. That's about as low as I'm willing to go without winterizing.

If you're willing to skirt the unit with foam insulation, put lights under the rig and heat tape on pipes then you can camp in much colder weather but I'd be inside my house.

You can probably winterize with a couple of gallons of antifreeze then run it out when your back in GA.

Where about will you be in PA?

If in the southeast it will be very unlikely that it will be cold enough to be a concern. While it may get in the uppers 20s at night it is rarely for more than a few hours then warms up during the day.

If you are north or west of the mountains it may be more of a concern.

Air Conditioner / Furnace
It appears there are additional issues with our new 3015S Class C. When the furnace is running we also get cold air blowing through all the ceiling air conditioner vents. Has anyone experienced this

I think you posted this in the wrong place, as your question doesn't pertain to the original topic...there is another thread going on right now discussing your very issue...is your fan setting on the thermostat set to auto..if it's on low or hi it will just blow air...your heat comes from floor ducts and a/c from ceiling vents...
