Actually, the ones my wife have had were 12v based. The 110v transformers we normally use put out 12v to the CPAP. Therefore, we were able to find 12v utility cords for about $50. This allows us to use them on a 12v battrry, either from the coach or a backup battrry. You have to find the cord v that works with your CPAP.

We prefer the backup batteries rather than drawing down the coach battery.
