Cool 2006 Forester 2861 fresh water tank

Where is the fresh water tank and drain valve for the 2006 Forester model 2861? I'm new to the RV'n world and having a problem flushing the system.

Tank should be below the bed. Drain will come off the side/bottom of the tank.

I may have found it in the rear right side storage compartment. There is a gray hose, I think, next to some wiring but the hose, or what ever it is, seems to go nowhere.
Thanks for your output.

You should be able to see two drain hoses somewhere under your RV. On the newer models cold water lines are blue and hot water is red. Craw under the rear and look around with a flashlight for small drain hoses. The cold water drain should be near the fresh water tank.
