2006 M-3101S Class C levelers

I'm considering purchasing a 2006 M-3101S Class C with 40,000 miles. The unit looks great, but I can't find any info as to if the unit came from the factory with levelers, either auto or manual. Can anyone help answer this question?
Also, are there any common problems with this model I should be aware of?
