2015 2861DS Window Leak Warranty Repair

This morning, I dropped off our 2015 2861DS at the Las Vegas Camping World. We purchased this unit brand new April of this year (2016). We drove the RV this past summer to the east coast and back (around 6,000 + miles). Family had a great time. Over all, the RV was great.

Except... 3 windows had water leak when we encountered some rain while on the road. The window by the dining table was like a waterfall. The window by the convertible couch and the window by the kitchen also had water leak (not as bad as the one by the dining table). The latch of the drawer right below the oven is also broken.

I was told at the CW that it will take at least 5 days for a tech to look at our RV (that was how backed up they are, I was told), only then they will be able to send their findings and request authorization for the repair work to Forest River. Another 2 week wait for the response from Forest River. Then they will do the work. So, the RV will be sitting at the CW lot for at least a month.

I hope they fix the window leak real good so I don't have to take it back to the repair shop again.
