2016 Sunseeker backup camera

Has anybody seen this option on their backup camera viewing screen?
There is an option for the backup camera to work while driving, but I've somehow lost this view and can't remember how I got it working quite some time ago. This is a nice feature when towing a car, because I can see the car behind me at all times. Please advise - thanks in advance!

Same coach as you. Camera is on, in reverse, automatically, but is only on full time if you push the "On" button on the menu. Should be covered in the manual.

I have a 2011 Sunseeker 2300. It has internal wiring for the camera with the display on the mirror.
I am a totally unhandy widow relying on a dealer for even trivial things.
My rear view camera quit and I was referred to a place that simply cut the wires and spliced a new camera on.
That has now quit working. My options are:
1. The dealer wants to replace it all,. This means taking down some ceiling.
2. Splice another camera on the existing wires.
3. Get one of the wireless ones and forget the wires.
I really need opinions and advice from you knowledgeable gals and gents. Thanks so very much.
