3011ds living room slide adjustment

I have a 2017 3011ds which has a living room slide that is not vertically aligned with opening. It is cocked toward the front of the rv at the top of the slide
It appears there is a way to shim the slide but am looking for advice. This issue was addressed at a dealer last year without success. It appears all they did was replace the forward seal which has subsequently tore again. I am attaching photos of torn seal and what I suspect is slide adjustment location

welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. If the rig is still under warranty have the dealer/forest river fix the problem. Here is a link you can find you slide on there and it covers how to adjust Videos by Forest River RV

Thanks. I looked at videos but didn’t find my answer
The slide is cocked and may need shimmed or at least adjusted to get it to fit slide opening evenly top to bottom

Take a look at this pdf and see if it helps I referred to it when I did the adjustment on mine. It might not be exactly the same as yours but will give you an idea of what is involved.

I have a 2013 3010DS with the same set up you have (looks like it). I have been trying for three months now to get something that tells how to align my slideout. Yours looks to be a ABOVE FLOOR SOFA SLIDEOUT. There are 2 identical tracks on these. The two white plastic bolts align the hat section to run straight, side to side. The threaded bolt with the button head ( adjustment from the outside box) willadjust it vertically. Also make sure you have stops on both tracks. Go to LCI1.com. It is the above floor , dual rail, sofa slide out. There is some good info there, but beware the adjustment instructions do not work because it appears that Forest River mounts Lippperts slide assy on their own bracket doing away with Lipperts adjustable brackets. I have just in the last couple of days finally understood what the deal is. I hope this helps you out. If any of this proves wrong please let me know. I think it is pretty right on, but I've thought that before!

Look in outside cabinet under slide . In the cab you should find ajustable nut under the rail .one on each side .
