I have the same problem, thought it was a "feature" by design. Guess I'll have to do some investigation in the spring!

The stovetop is supposed to work with the slide in, as well.

Need to wait for some snow to melt before I can run the slide open and look around. Does anybody now how the gas lines route down from the stove of the 3051?

We're on a trip so I tried the stove on our 2015 3051s while the slide was in. The stove lit and ran normally.

We have a 2016 3050 and we had problems with the stove propane line getting crimped. Our dealer finally put a black plastic cable loom over the hose, lubricated it with silicone grease, and perhaps adjusted the angle of the fixed hose connection in the black "hose" box" in the storage compartment underneath. There is a rectangular tube that the hose is sliding into and the bottom loop of the hose was getting caught in one of the horizontal troughs in the bottom of the storage compartment and not properly coiling, causing added friction and the excess hose getting crimped on the outside of the slideout.

Is this the black hose box that the propane line is running through? I've had the slide in and out and that hose never moved.Click image for larger version

3051 propane issue

Okay, I'm at a loss. It definitely appears to be going in and out of the chute with no issues or binding. There was a little bungee cord that was probably wound around the hose to help pull it back in but that was broke on mine. Looks like it goes to the dealer but I don't see any issues. ID:	100573here is the pic of the under side of the slide where the bungee is broke at the fastener. The white cable appears to be coax. I taped the gas hose to that so they both go in together

Crap, got somebody to push the button while I watched the hose under the slide and it definitely bent sideways as the slide went in and was going to create a pinch loop until I nudged it straight. Works fine with the slide closed. Now I need to figure out a fix to keep it straight as it slides in.

3051 propane issue

Anybody got a new 3051 that can look under the slide and see if they are still using the bungee cord to guide the hose? If so, I can just get my dealer to get me a new one and install it myself. Share a pic if you can so I can see how tight they wound the cord around the hose.

I used zip ties to secure the cable and cord to the hose.
