3051S Maiden Voyage

Maiden voyage success! We drove our MH 0.2 mi from it's storage spot to a campsite in the same park this weekend. All in all it went VERY well. Just a small leak in the plumbing to the hot water tank, and one of the doors on the fridge was difficult to open. Tightened the fitting on the hot water tank and adjusted the door on the fridge. It's all good now!

Thanks to all the posters on this forum, I have learned so much just by reading. A special thanks to Brian Clements and John Frauts.

How did you adjust the door? Our lower right door does not also open without opening the left first.

This is the same problem we had. If you look real close, you can see there is little or no gap at the top of the two fridge doors where the handles are. Here's what I did;

Open all 4 doors. Loosen off the 3 screws a little on the hinge for the freezer and fridge doors. Partially close the fridge door and push it towards the outside of the fridge to move the door a little. Retighten the screws. Repeat for the other door. This worked for mine. I hope it works for yours!

Good luck and let us know.
