Air bag psi
Just bought new 3051S and cannot find info on how much pressure can be applied or recommended for the airbags
Any experience would be helpful

I believe the max is 100 psi. I run 60 to 75 depending on towing and how much are in the water tanks.

If 50 feels good, leave it. I haven't seen any rules other than over 5 and less than 100.

There is info on the air bags in the big package of manuals and instructions you should have received with your unit. I usually run 50 -60 psi. You can adjust air pressures different side to side to level the coach if your loading has one side different than the other. However that is rare and maybe the cargo should be moved around first to balance things.
I believe the maximum is 100 psi with a minimum of 5-10 psi. Also there are cautions, one of them being to deflate the bags fully to prevent damage if you lift the coach by the frame to change a rear tire or lift a rear tire via the Big Foot jacks.

Airbags should be used to maintain the rear ride height of the truck. Measure your truck from the center of your rear wheel to the top of the fender well when empty and make note. Then when hooked and loaded up, take the same measurement and add air to your bags until you are close to your empty height.
In my case my Ram 3500 rides high empty already so I fill my bags to about an inch lower than empty which is about 50lbs when loaded up.
More people should use airbags especially on half tons with TT's. I cringe every time I see one of those rigs with the back end squatted out and the nose in the air.

CBergstrom The principle is the same but the OP is talking about a C-class motorhome not a towable.

Sorry I just noticed that. The iPad app makes it hard to notice what group it's in. But you are right about the bags

I run 70 psi in my Sunseeker 3050s. Rides a bit stiff but keeps the sway down.

Thanks everyone for the info but now I have another issue. I inflated the driver side airbag with no problem but the right side will not take any air. It got to dark today to investigate the cause but it appears it has a fraught you air valve. Anyone run into this problem before

Someone on here said the nozzle did not stick out far enough and the fill nozzle could not depressed the center section.

As Brian said, the right side fill valve doesn't stick out as far as the left side(drivers), try a different air chuck and see if that works.

I run mine at same pressure as tire pressure which i run at 75 psi. Someone on a much earlier post recommmended the pressure. I am fulltiming and am really loaded to the MAX. I also tow a car on a tow dolly. So rated for 24000 lbs gross and I hope I NEVER AM WEIGHTED. It wouldn't suprise me if i am a "tad"over. But she runs beautifully really smooth and steering is great.

Had the same problem with the fill valve. Tighten the nut around the valve maybe 1 turn. It pulled the valve out just enough for me. Good luck.

Thanks to all for their suggestions but I solved the issue by replacing the valve stem. Now working great
