Are my mirrors pre-wired?

I have a 2013 Forester 3011DS. The outside mirrors have power adjustment, cameras, and are heated. There is a knockout on the bottom side of the mirrorsí arms which Iím thinking is for a running lights/turn signals.(?) Does anyone know if the mirrors are pre-wired for lights?

Thanks in advance for your help.

they are not. That is where the mirror and camera connections are so that the whole thing doesn't have to come off to replace the glass.

OK, Velvac came back again and said the hole could be used for a light that can be used for marker or turn...but I'm thinking you would still need to run the signal wire.
