Camera Cable Route

I have a 2013 Forester 3011DS. I want to trace the backup camera cable from dashboard to camera. Does it most likely go through the ceiling, walls, or floor? The camera has lost single, and I'm wondering if there might be a loose in-line connection somewhere.

And, does the camera get its power through that one video cable?
