Change in Shower Skylight

There is light coming through from the outside around the outside edge of the molding around the skylight. The bluish thing on the left is a piece of windshield sun blocker I cut to fit the skylight and attached with Command strips. Couldn't have done any damage installing that. Neither the moulding nor ceiling is loose. Checked the roof around skylight. Looks good and tightly sealed.

Is this anything to be concerned about?

I believe there is a lip farther out and the light is just bleeding in . if it's not leaking it should be fine. When they cut these holes for skylights and what not , well I hate to use the word butcher but hay they slam these units out as fast as they can.
