Checklist when home

With grey and black water dumped at last overnight, what should be done to prepare the MH when parked for a few weeks or up to a month? I dumped the fresh water but I am sure more should be done to store it.

I would drain the hot water heater and open up any low point drains. That's assuming you won't be expecting any freezing temperatures like many of us in the more northern latitudes.

Turn battery disconnect off or parasitic loads will drain the house batteries.

I also turn propane off just in case a valve does not turn off bubble tight. Also propane regulators have been known to fail.

Turn off water heater electric if you drain it just in case you forget to refill it before you plug in or start the generator.

Turn off the battery disconnect switch and propane.

I wouldn't worry about draining the water systems. However if the last place you camped had poor quality water, you may want to drain or flush it out.

The other thing I always do when home is put both chassis and coach batteries on battery tenders.
