Coach-Net Roadside assistance

We bought a new 2013 Forester 3001DS in December 2013 and we still love it.
But a couple of months ago, in January 2014, we receved a letter and with ID card (ID4729706)
to informed us that we had a free year Coach-Net RV Roadside assistance from Forest River
with the expiration date "december 03 2013".
The point is when we receved that letter, the first year and the Roadside was allready expired.
At the moment of delivery, nobody told us about this program, so we put a couple hundred $$$
and we bought a CAA plan here in Canada. Last month we wrote a lettre to Coach-Net and
Forest River and still not have any awnser.
May be the fact. rep. can get an awnser ???
Is that ever happened to to you ?

Thanks !

I would bring that up with your dealer. We post the Coachnet info on the brochure and we put a hang tag in every coach.

As a side notes...your dates don't make sense. You bought in December of 2013 and it says expired in 2013? Or you bought a 2013 in December of 2012 and it expires in December of 2013? IF you bought in December of 2013 and it says expires Dec 2014...then just cancel the one you bought, or clarify the dates.

You are supposed to be enrolled once your registration gets submitted. I just wonder if the registrations did not go in until you had some warranty work done. Maybe right before your warranty expired? It's the only thing i can think of.
