De-winterize
I have a 2019 3050S Sunseeker. I was in upstate NY last week and it got real cold, so I took it to camping World and they winterized it.
Now I am in Kentucky, heading west on I-40 for a couple weeks, and since it's around 60° in the daytime I'd like my water back!
I am a bona-fide mechanical moron. Can someone recommend a video and/or give me some assurance that this is a simple operation? I saw one video where a guy started by replacing his anode tube or something. I don't think I need to do that.
If any of you need help proofreading a paper or something, I can help with that. Not a super useful skill.

if you don't drink water out of the fresh tank you don't have to do anything special other then drain the antifreeze and use your rig.

You will have to un-bypass the water heater and ensure it is full of water before starting it. If you are going to be hooked to city water just flush the lines until the pink is gone.

Also, ensure the hot water drain plug was reinstalled.

Well, given what you said about your relative RV maintainence skills, I suggest you take it to an RV shop and just let them do it for you. Many of us here could talk/walk you through it but I'm not sure internet help is in your best interest. Others here may disagree with my post.

I would agree with HangDiver if you don't know where the water heater is located and if you don't own a wrench. If you do know where it is and what it looks like you could probably be talked through putting the plug in and unbypassing the hot water heater. But on the other hand if you just want to wash your hands and flush the toilet, then you don't need to do anything. Justt add water to your FW tank or hook up to water and go for it. You will only have cold water however.
Good luck!

If you end up taking it to an RV shop to de-winterize it, then ask if you can observe so you can do it next time yourself and save the expense. Also most likely the RV shop will only de-winterize and not necessarily sanitize the system. You will probably have to do that yourself. The RV shop should be able to walk you through it.

I would agree find somebody to help. It could be someone in the campground. In my opinion many of us are on this forum not only to read and learn but as an opportunity to help others. I know I learned to blow my lines out instead of using anti freeze. This is info that I would gladly share with and help with if ina campground and asked. My wife used to always ask why I carry a full set of tools with me. When most everything is new. I tell her I liked being prepared. Having those tools has allowed me to help others whether it’s just having the tools so they can use or having the knowledge to help. I would also advise to grab some basic tools and enough knowledge of your trailer ( this forum is full of great knowledge) to do minor items. While I do many of my own repairs when needed. I do have a warranty I paid for but that’s 1 hour to drop off for who knows how long. Then another hour back. Also there are scheduled maintenance items that warranty won’t cover, and if you aren’t aware of them a $5 worth of prevention can save thousands late.
