Maybe I can help, I had a ice maker at home that quit. Found out that the water tube froze and wouldn't supply water from the blockage. Took a hair drier and held it on the the outlet tube til it broke the ice block. Once that broke never happen again. Found out that if your not using your ice enough and your shut off lever go's up it will freeze your outlet water tube. It is worth a try. If you have an ice maker I assume you have a residential refer.

You never stated whether it is in a refrigerator/freezer or a counter top model.

I had the same issue on the shake down trip, and remembered on the PDI, the guy showed me the location of the water valve and how it operated. It is located behind the panel under the fridge. I told him to leave the water on, and he left it closed. It is a round push/pull knob on the water line. If you look close, on the end of the knob it says "pull to open". (It is a little stiff to operate). After opening it I turned the ice maker on and off a few times and it started working after a bit. Hope your issue is as simple as that!

Thanks for all of the replys. I should have been more clear the ice maker was working fine until this week went camping and we emptied the old ice out and noticed none being made. The water tray has no water in it. We are in the south and doesn't get that cold but did have a few nites this past week that dipped to 29. We keep the unit at our home plugged in on shore power and heat pump on 65 during the cold. The exterior grill of course is exposed to the tempatures but beginning to think line may be frozen at the fill line in freezer.

Sounds like the ice full bail is up. Have you checked it?

Donniedu ice full bail is down. Does anyone know where the water supply valve is located? I am defrosting the whole unit now.

I think the OP is asking for the location of the solenoid valve that controls the water flow to the ice maker. I have a MH and the valve on mine is through the access panel on the outside of my MH (back side of the fridge). It is a blue solenoid valve in series with the shut off valve.

Jfrauts there is a small gear next to large gear on ice maker that you can use a flat screwdriver turning counter clockwise to take the motor thru a full cycleas described in manuel.
