F450 Engine Console Cover

Trying to see if there is any way to get a little more leg room on the passanger side of the cab. Is a smaller center Engine Console Cover available or are there any other options other than a Chevy?

There are smaller consoles ( I changed mine) that give a little more room or you can just remove it but you loose any storage or cup holders. Some layouts like my 3120 place a couch or dinette right behind the passenger seat so rearward movement and reclining is restricted. I fabricated a slide mechanism for the couch so it can slide back about a foot and lock allowing for full operation and reclining of the passenger seat. Per DW that was the best mod of many I made to the coach!!

I am not aware of any smaller engine covers. The V10 needs some room around it for air flow. The clearance is already tight which I believe is why Ford doesn't put the more powerful 3V V10 in that is used in the Class A chassis. You might be able to get a little more room by modifying the cover.

Thanks for the input. Where did you find the smaller cover?
