Also, other than a proper jack, stand and wrench, is any other special tool requried to change the dooley tire? The tow truck driver claimed he needed a special tool to space the tires if he changed with my spare. Is this true?

I have driven a delivery truck with an inside flat in my day. If the tire is already chewed up, no loss but drive it slower. What could happen is the flat tire could heat up and fly apart. The good tire may also heat up because all the weight is one tire. My thought, if help is close by, go slow to get there.
