frigidaire convection microwave

On a three day trip to race dogs. Before we left the microwave worked fine. Arrived at the field and set up hooked to power and the microwave did not work.
No clock, no buttons work the light and exhaust for the stove do not work. So check breaker, plug so on. No problems with any of that. Opened the door and the turntable is going around and does not stop for any reason. None of the buttons do anything.
Anybody ever had this problem?
Finally got the wood grain dash replacement and table to fix those problems took since I got the 3051S in June and thought the problems were finally behind me, oh well.
So the problem is how to fix ore have it replaced. Is it contact dealer, FR warranty, or do I have to go to frigidiare?
Had all the things which require a microwave, frozen dishes, things for the potlucks, coffee and so on. With no coffee pot, teapot and so on becuase we have a microwave. The saving grace was when we had the 3051S we added a gas oven to it in addition to the convection microwave. But it takes forvever to thaw large dishes and heat them out.
When I get home we start to figure how to fix this thing, only have used it a few times.

Contact your dealer there is a recall on certain models.

Microwave recall

Forest River Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Georgetown, Sunseeker, Forester, Cross Country, Pathfinder, Cardinal, Blue Ridge, Cedar Creek, and Brookstone recreational vehicles manufactured March 11, 2013, through April 26, 2013 and equipped with certain Frigidaire Convection Microwave models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS. The microwave may start on its own and begin heating when unattended. If the microwave starts on its own and there are contents inside, a fire could result. Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will repair the membrane/keypad component, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in September 2014. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-800-353-7383.

Mine is a 2015 with a model number CFMVCLBA. maybe this is the one to replace the problem ones from 2013/2014 and this one has a worst problem than self starting.

I have a 2014 3051S and mine did same thing, we are fulltimers, and were 2000 miles from my dealer. On some models it is a faulty keypad, simple job for tech to fix. There is a differant recall on another model. My dealer got a hold of FR warranty they contacted frigidaire and got a fridigaire tech to come to rv park and fix. Even if there is a recall ,does not matter, it is covered by warranty. Mine went out 10 days before warranty expired. Talk about lucky

Called the dealer Monday, they called FR and rep said to call Frigidaire , called them and they are setting up an appointment with local service center. Not sure if this is the same problem as the recall, will find out more when they come to fix it.
