Did they find the four corners leaking after installing the Eternabond Tape that you mentioned in post #51?

Front cap leak. Why?

Yes. The tape was put on in August. My guess is the front and rear cap were leaking as soon as I bought the MH. I do have the roof visually inspected twice a year fall and spring and every time it comes back good. It took a pressure test to find the problem to be spotted.
A couple of years of water leaking in pretty much undetected was enough to cause the roof to start delaminating.
