Got our new Forester 3051S

Bought mine new at Camping World in Ohio..I ask them to air up my tires and rear air bags. Just had the air checked at my local truck tire shop..the tires were way off had 30psi in rear air bags..back left rear had to take hub cap off to check air. So do not trust only what you see. I would say my alignment is way off my steering wheel is pointed a little bit right but you can hardly find anybody to the line Class C motorhomes that knows what they're doing. All they care is getting a sell...sad.

Sorry it's taken so long to respond.....
Blue Ox sway bar and Blue Ox Trac Bar. The unit is very responsive around curves and doesn't seem to lean like it used to. It's a pleasure to drive now.

Just keep an eye on your air bags they are notorious for leaking

That's why I installed the AIR LIFT 72000 Wireless Air Leveling system. The compressor runs for a couple seconds when I start it after sitting a couple weeks. I / it keeps the pressure at 70lbs (or where ever I set it).

Jim, do you ever raise it up going out of driveways?

Sage...I never touch it...I try to enter and exit driveways at an angle but if I can't I just let er' drag a bit.

I've wondered about this for a while - has anyone put TPMS sensors on the air bag valves?

If you could pick up to extras for cheap on eBay or somewhere it might be interesting to see if they drop while you are driving and if so how quickly.

I checked mine before I left on a recent trip, then 4 days into the trip had to stop and add some more because I felt it swaying a bit more while driving. I think I added about 20 PSI that time. Then checked it a few more times on the 2 week trip and added air each time.

makes a big difference while driving though.

check your ride rite air make sure they are at least 70 psi ( located valve stems one is on the wall by the water filter the other is on the wall compartment by the sewer valves . I had a sway problem too and the PSI was at 0 the dealer forgot to put air in them

I had TST507s on the air bags for a while then bit the bullet and installed Load Commander system with gauge and control up front. Dump my bages to 5# at site

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem?

Working with RVWholesalers, we are now in the process of getting our warranty scratches resolved...at least partially. Since we didn't discover the scratches on the dinette top and the vanity mirror at our PDI, and cannot get these scratches to show up in photos, FR has denied the claims on those items. We will have to live with them, I guess. On the scratches on the microwave/convection oven door, since we were able to take a picture that showed them, FR is going to send us a complete replacement oven. (Evidently they can't just get the door). We will have to pay the labor to have it switched out, however. We are getting an estimate locally to have the solid surface (Corian) kitchen counter polished out and they will cover that, since it was noted on the PDI.
Once we had the Bigfoot leveling system calibrated, it now works fine. No more binding when moving the slide out.

If you are picking up a new RV, we would strongly recommend that you go over all the surfaces with a fine-tooth comb, before taking delivery. That was our mistake. It seems that when they build these things, the assembly people don't take much care in protecting surfaces. Another thing that I wrongly assumed, was that the Bigfoot levelers would be calibrated from the factory....WRONG! It cost us $77 to have them calibrated and FR denied warranty as they called it a "maintenance item"

Overall, we are very happy with our Forester and look forward to many happy miles... along with our 3 cats!! (which presents a whole new set of issues)

I also bought mine from Camping World..they do rush you though so dang quick. I'm sorry for all the trouble. I had to take mine back 1 time for a leak in the roof. Haven't seen any leaks so far. Congratulations your your new RV.. Tony from Ohio.. 2017 Forester 2861DS

If you put tpms's on the air bags they will alarm every time you enter or exit the coach and every bump. They are made to alarm with sudden air pressure change. Don't have to ask how I know
