Do a search on a product called RVarmor I believe. It is a proprietary roof coating process that is $$, but has a lifetime warranty I think. Worth a look to see if it would be a workable solution for you.

Search the Sunseeker site for the same problem. I think FR paid for the repair at RVROOF.COM
I watch mine very closely and if a problem starts that is where I am going.
