I also bought from RVWholesalers, a 2013 FR XLR Thunderbolt 380AMP. Saved 30K but sacrificed the PDI and lost 5 months use during the first year while the RV sat at the local dealership waiting for factory waranty work to be done. Beware if you are not already very familiar with all the workings and minor repairs required on the new unit!

Maybe we can create some sort of stock signature when anyone quotes price.
Be cautious with internet pricing
1. they plan on never seeing you again. They never plan on expediting your service when you are in need. You are someone else's problem once they send you on your way.

2. They don't want your trade in (as motodude79 said, they wanted to consign because they have ZERO room for reconditioning or error in trade value). In every case I have seen your local dealer will also sharpen their pencil if you have no trade. There is no risk that the trade has something wrong with it or they have to carry it (with interest until it sells).

3. They do not include freight. In many cases they are not apples to apples.

My advice. Get some rough ideas, shop two local dealers if you can. Compare apples to apples. If that internet guy does not want your trade, don't expect your local guy to match that price and take your trade either.

Amen to that BC. Did the internet for a base line and then went to the locals. Got our 2014 3010ds and a 27% discount off list. 3weeks ago.

Thank you for that. I always try and match up a retail customer to a local dealer that I know personally. (I cover Colorado to Alaska). 99% of the time it works out.
